Get a key to your Office.
At first contact your research group secretary to get an available key as the case may be,
or to borrow one until you get your own.
New keys are available at the University administration.
Also if you steadily take an existing key you should register the key:

you can get an ID card at the University administration:

Every member of the Department of Mathematics is responsible for his own entries in the
personal data base, which ist used to generate personnel, telephone- and fax directories
of the Department of Mathematics. To enter and update your data you need an InfoWeb account
which can be obtained from

Enter (or update) your personal data using your InfoWeb UserID and Password at
Personnel, telephone- and fax directories generated from your personal data can be found at:
Furthermore the data is used for the Math-Net service
Persona Mathematica.
Remark: Only name, function and official address must be published.

on the workstation at your office (or, if not existent, the workstation itself ;-).
