Use the commands

   uncompress toolbox.tar.Z
   tar xf toolbox.tar

It generates the directory tree

   Toolbox
    |
    |------Infos
    |
    |------Modules
    |
    |------Programs

Then, read file

   readme.1st

in directory Toolbox/Infos.

Unpacking requires about 640 kB free disk space.
