Workshop on p-adic Analysis
Wuppertal, July 16-17, 2015
The goal of this workshop is to learn the basics of non-archimedean geometry and to see some applications. There will be introductory lectures on rigid analytic manifolds, the theories of Berkovich and Huber, and rigid cohomology for varieties over finite fields. Research talks will be on rigid cohomology for varieties over Laurent series fields, on tropical geometry in the non-archimedean setting, on p-adic Galois representations, and on the Fargues-Fontaine curve.
